Positioned in a very rural setting and close to San Gimignano, Rustica Progenie stands in some of the most beautiful and peaceful countryside which this area has to offer. The apartments are surrounded by vineyards and around the property there are stunning panoramic views in all directions.
Recently converted to offer self-contained larger living-dining room with double apartments, Rustica Progenie is a haven sofa bed and open plan kitchenette of peace and tranquillity with superb panoramic. 1 double + 1 twin bedroom. Shower/WC views from all sides.
This old farmhouse oozes in charm and character.. Ther is nothing to spoil the peace here as it is set back from the main road. Each apartment is simply, but comfortably, furnished;most have retained their original beamed ceilings,and terracotta floors and have their own area with table and chairs. The pool area is set in the garden away from the main building, surrounded by olive groves, oak and cherry trees.
POOL SIZE: 14 x 6 metres open May to October.
