The resort of Porto Recanati is just south of the Conero Riviera and is one of the Adriatic most attractive coastlines. Much of the Adriatic coastline is flat as a pancake but here the scenery changes dramatically to white cliffs overlooking fine sand beaches and well away from the auto stradas and busy coastal roads that often run alongside the Adriatic.

Located in a panoramic position on a hilltop in a large park-like setting about 2km from the centre and about the same from the sea and beaches. There are just nine apartments in this typical style of Le
Marche architecture. Located in a large garden within a countryside setting yet only 2km from shops, restaurants and the sea & beaches.

There is tennis, table tennis and a large shared swimming pool for the use of clients. The pool is open from 30 May until about 05 September, weather permitting.

There is a reception open from 09:00 to 18:00 hours and parking for each property.

We offer two types of accommodation:

T5 sleeps 4/5 - these are spacious (68 sq metres) on the ground floor with a living room (with single sofa bed if required), a kitchenette and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms – one with double bed and the other with twin beds and a bathroom with shower WC.

Q7 sleeps 6/7 - again lots of space on two floors with three bedrooms – one double, one twin and a staircase into the attic area, which contains a third room with twin beds. Two bathrooms.

Residence I Giardini del Conero
Porto Recanati, Le Marche

New construction in a village style, these maisonette style apartments are surrounded by neat lawns and gardens and about 2km from the town centre and a 200 yards walk to the beach.

Attractions include several very large swimming pools which are open from 27 May to about 09 September depending on weather conditions.

Beach service with umbrella, table and chairs per apartment. There are also chairs and tables around the swimming pool. A supermarket is open from 01 June to 10 September within 150 yards walk as is a restaurant, a pizzeria a bar and a discotheque.

Type B4 sleeps 2/4 persons: Complete with air-conditioning they offer a balcony on first floor and a tiny garden on the ground floor. Each has a TV. Living room with a double sofa bed.

Separate kitchen. On the first floor a bedroom with a double bed and balcony. One bathroom with shower WC.

Residence Villaggio i Tigli
Porto Recanati, Le Marche

New holiday village style located about 400 metres from the centre of the resort and some 500 metres from the sea and beach.

The apartments have a communal gardens, a large swimming pool which is open from 17 June until about 15 September. The residence is about 150 metres away from the main road and in August this is not the choice for those affected by noise.

The apartments are able to sleep 3 persons, five and seven persons and are as follows:

B3 to sleep 2/3 - These have a living room with kitchenette single sofa bed, one separate bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower WC

T5 sleep 4/5 - Consisting of a single sofa bed in the living area, one bedroom with a double bed,
One bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower WC.

Q7 sleeps 5/7 - As type T5 but having three bedrooms. One with a double bed, the second with twin beds and the third with bunk beds.

Q7A sleeps 5/7 - as Q7 but with a second bathroom.

Villagio Riva Musone - Porto Recanati, Le Marche

This holiday village, which contains 72 semi-detached villas surrounded by trees and lawns, is just two kilometres from the centre of Porto Recanati and only 100 yards from a sandy beach, which stretches for miles. In addition there is use of a superb swimming pool complete with water flumes just 80 yards walk away (open 27/05-10/09).

The houses are well spaced out and each one has a good-sized garden area and covered terrace. The position is superb for beach lovers and ideal for adults and children alike.

As well as the pool and beach, each house is supplied with beach service voucher, which entitles clients to have a beach chair, sun- lounger and parasol on the beach. There is also one tennis court (chargeable).

The houses have on the ground floor a living room with double sofa bed if required and TV. Kitchen with hot plates etc. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Large upstairs balcony - some with sea view (trees can restrict the view) one bathroom with shower WC.

Outside there is a private garden, a patio with outdoor furniture.

From 01 June to 10 September there is a small development of shops offering a supermarket, green grocer, tobacconist, one restaurant and a pizzeria. There is also a laundrette in the same area.

Villaggio Turistico Internazionale - Porto Recanati, Le Marche

This estate of 56 villas is just two kilometres from the historical town centre of Porto Recaniti and offers a garden setting but almost directly on the beach which is just 100 yards away.

Plenty of things to do which includes a sports centre with two swimming pools, one tennis court, a bowls pitch and a playground for children and an attractive snack bar.

In addition to the beach attractions only some 100 yards away is the Malibu beach centre, which offers further swimming pool complete with waterslides, a restaurant and snack bar. Entrance is free to villa guests.

There is a restaurant, pizzeria shops and a supermarket within a very short walk and for the teenagers in July August there is also a small disco nearby.

Every property has a beach service offer, which includes beach chairs and a sun umbrella into the rental.

Terraced houses – sleep 4/5 [Type T6C] : These units are on two floors and have a small garden area with outdoor furniture and independent entrance. Each contains a living room with TV and a double sofa bed if required. Separate fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs: Two bedrooms – one double and one twin. Only one bathroom with bath shower WC.

Detached villas - sleeps 6/8 [Type V8D] : These spacious detached bungalow style villas are each in their own grounds with a private garden and also offer a covered terrace and patio areas.

All have a good-sized lounge with a double sofa bed if required TV etc. Separate fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms – two each with a double bed and a single bed and the third has twin beds.

There are two bathrooms – one with bath shower WC and the other with shower WC, which also has a washing machine, fitted.
