In a lovely setting surrounded by lemon and olive groves, this new top floor 2-bedroom apartment ( friendly owner lives on ground & 1st floor ) has balconies and terraces to admire the extensive views mainly of the bay of Naples with Capri on the left.
Beautifully and comfortably furnished, this apartment is ideal for those who wish to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Sorrentine peninsula and as from 2007 availability of the new swimming pool amidst the lemon groves.
The main centre of Massa Lubrense with all shops, banks etc… is 2km away.
The property lies approx. 250 metres from the large Piazza S. Francesco and is accessed through a narrow lane. There is an enclosed car park only for small car, but for those with large cars parking is on the Piazza and luggage porter age is included both on arrival and departure.
From the electrically commanded gates of the property there are 48 steps up through owners’ side terrace, to the rear terrace of DANIELA apartment.
Entrance into corridor, to the left is the large dining / sitting room with divan bed, picture window and 2 balconies with sea views.
Sliding doors separate the live-in kitchen which is well equipped with fridge / freezer, gas cooker and oven, barbecue.
Twin bedroom with balcony and sea view, bathroom with bath tub, WC, etc…
Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Laundry room with washing machine. Central heating, colour TV.
For those who choose to park in the Piazza S. Francesco parking is free of charge but not private, and on Friday morning there is a street market when vehicles have to be parked a little further away.

Daniela’s shared swimming pool measures 7,50 m X 4 m and its depth is from 1 m to 1.80m. Owner will have the pool open as from 03 May 2008 to 03 October 2008, but promised that if weather continues to hold he will not empty the pool ‘till end of October !
