A very peaceful setting for this stone farmhouse which contains five apartments which share one good sized pool (mt. 6x12, mt. 1.5 deep) and is located some 500 metres walk from the Reception. All with two bedrooms – number 104 has two bathrooms.

101 - (sleeps 4): You reach the apartment by some outside stairs in common with apartment 102. It consists of a private terrace, one living-room with kitchen corner and fireplace, one twin and one double-bedded room, one bathroom with shower and toilet.

102 - (sleeps 4): You reach the apartment by some outside stairs in common with apartment 101. It consists of a private terrace, one living-room with kitchen corner and fireplace, one twin and one double-bedded room, one bathroom with shower and toilet.

103 - (sleeps 4): On ground floor with private terrace, one living-room with kitchenette and fireplace, one twin and one double-bedded room, one bathroom with shower and toilet.

104 - (sleeps 4): On ground floor with private terrace, one living-room with kitchen corner and fireplace, one twin and one double-bedded room, two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Apartments at Podere Il Piano:

Is a stone built farmhouse which contains 10 apartments and is situated about 1km from the main swimming pool and located in a countryside setting. Three apartments have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are four units with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The other three apartments are smaller and have one bedroom and one bathroom.

201 - (sleeps 6): You reach the apartment by some outside stairs. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, two twin and one double-bedded room, two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

202 - (sleeps 6): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, two twin and one double-bedded room, two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

203 - (sleeps 6): First floor apartment: living room with kitchen corner. Two twin bedrooms, double bedroom, wo bathrooms (one with shower)

204 - (sleeps 5): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one twin and one double-bedded room, one single room, one bathroom with shower and toilet.

205 - (sleeps 3): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one double-bedded room, one single room, one bathroom with shower and toilet.

206 - (sleeps 2): On first floor. You reach the apartment by some private outside stairs. It consists of a private terrace, one living-room with kitchen corner, one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

207 - (sleeps 4): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one twin and one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

208 - (sleeps 4): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one twin and one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

209 - (sleeps 4): On first floor. You reach the apartment by some private outside stairs in common with apartment 210. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one twin and one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

210 - (sleeps 2): On first floor. You reach the apartment by some private outside stairs in common with apartment 209. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet

Apartments at Podere Campolungo:

Wonderful panoramic views from the windows of the eight apartments which sleep from two to four persons and the highest property about 800 feet above sea level and some 3km drive from the reception and swimming pool area. There are eight apartments converted from the 15th century building.

301 - (sleeps 4): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one double-bedded room, one twin-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

302 - (sleeps 2): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

303 - (sleeps 4): On ground floor with private terrace. It consists of one living-room with kitchenette, one twin and one double-bedded room and two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

304 - (sleeps 2): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchenette, one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

305 - (sleeps 2): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

306 - (sleeps 4): On ground floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one double-bedded room, one twin-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

307 - (sleeps 3): On first floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchenette, one double-bedded room, one single room and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

308 - (sleeps 2): On first floor. It consists of one living-room with kitchen corner, one double-bedded room and one bathroom with shower and toilet and private terrace.

Apartments at Poggio Cenni:

A hillside setting with views across the valley - the property has its own coat of arms on the wall and dates back to the 12th century. There are six spacious apartments with one or two bedrooms. The property is about 3km drive from the reception and swimming pool.

403 - (sleeps 3): Ground floor with private entrance. Consisting of a living-room with kitchen corner and fireplace, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

404 - (sleeps 4): On the first floor, it is reached by an outside staircase in common with apartment 405 and consists of a living-room with kitchen corner and fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
