Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

A touch of Mayan styling to this Disney Hotel to create an atmosphere of Mexico that offers more modest rates than some of the Disney Hotels and about a mile from Disney MGM Studios.

Constructed in 2000 the hotel overlooks a lake covering 15 acres.  The hotel offers free bus shuttle to all Disney theme parks.

Facilities:

Four swimming pools the largest has a Mayan Pyramid towering above and there is also a children’s pool as well as boating on the lake and bike rental.  There are two children’s playgrounds and baby sitting can be arranged for a fee.  There is one full service restaurant, several food outlets and a pool bar offering a health club.

Rooms:

Spacious 300 square feet which offers two double beds plus a cot for a child up to 3 years.

Each has an in - room safe, coffee maker and iron/ironing board as well as hair dryer in the en suite bathroom.  Colour TV and air conditioning plus a ceiling fan complete the amenities.
