These are high standard detached holiday homes that are situated between Orlando and Kissimmee in the districts of Meadow Woods north of State Highway 417 and about 20 minutes drive to Disney World and Sea World.

These houses are available with 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms and have several bathrooms and sleep up to 12 persons. Each property has a fly screened private swimming pool and a garage. Each has a garden lawned plot and they are located on private well manicured estates often near to golf courses.

Our agents have almost 150 detached homes all with pool - the styles and decoration of course vary according to the owner’s tastes. However they all confirm to the following:

- Premier Class Homes - General Standards Click here for a visual tour Each one is air-conditioned has a private swimming pool which is fully screened-although this will not prevent the sun from tanning - so take care in the noonday sun! They have a dining area both beside the pool and inside the property. Living room with Colour TV, telephone and radio. The kitchens come with every requirement such as huge fridge/freezers, full oven with four hot places and a microwave as well as a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. All have a minimum of two bathrooms and the larger properties have three bathrooms-all with a tub and shower over. The bedrooms have two double beds and always one twin bedroom. Upstairs: three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Second full bathroom which has bath and shower over.

Executive Villas - Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club

We have some 15 detached villas - each with its own pool and sun deck on or overlooking parts of the superb 18 hole course which is frankly one of the most expensive in South Orlando. However, with good reason, for it has a Country Club with a very good restaurant at reasonable prices. There is a large swimming pool for the use of the community and in addition tennis courts -but these have an hourly charge.

Only just outside the entrance gates which are secure and guarded at night is the Wal-mart Supermarket and several other smaller stores. There are four other golf courses nearby with (9 hole) rates starting at around 15 dollars/£9 per round. Clubs can be rented.

Executive Homes

Newly constructed luxury homes all on golf courses with most overlooking a green, the quality of these detached properties is very high and they are managed by a couple from Milton Keynes, UK who have swapped the pressures of the home counties to the sunshine state of Florida. They impressed us - being so well organised in managing some 90 luxury homes, all of which have good sized swimming pools and we are sure they will take every effort over dealing with our clients.

All the houses are off Highway 27 which has quick access to Interstate 4 and to the main theme resorts of Orlando - Disney World being just 20 minutes drive away.

These are within 20 minutes drive of Disney World and you can even enjoy Disney fireworks from your own pool area while you enjoy a cool drink. All of these have four bedrooms with two or three bathrooms - 15x20 ft private pool fully fly screened and are very well decorated and furnished being only constructed some two years ago.

Florida Pines; Sleeps 6-8 persons

New development just off highway 27 and under 12 minutes drive from Disney World. In addition to your own private pool there is a large community pool along with a Tikku hut for refreshments and a volley ball court-all without charge. Each one has three bedrooms - one twin and normally two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. New furnishings and the houses were completed in 2002.
