DISNEY ETC. It takes just a forty minutes drive to Busch Gardens and Tampa while the delights of Orlando – Disney etc are within 90 minutes away by car.
INCLUDED: Included into the rentals are bed linens,towels and kitchen linen.Each property comes with sufficient paper towels, toilet tissue, soap etc. and even a starter kit with coffee and cream, and packs of dishwasher and laundry detergents.
Please note when comparing our weekly rentals that they are fully inclusive with no surprises on arrival.
DEPOSITS: As is normal with self catering you will be expected to pay a 300 dollar damage deposit on arrival-returned at the end of your stay less any telephone calls that have been made.
IMPORTANT
Damage Deposit: Our local agents insist that we take on their behalf a sum equal to £130 which is refundable two weeks AFTER the departure date from the accommodation.
In the event of any stains on carpets, furniture and any other damage, they retain the right to deduct such costs from this amount.
