Residence Il Borgo, Finale Ligure

Located in the village area of San Bernardino about 3km from the sea and the centre of Finale Ligure. It's a quiet situation in this residential area, which offers pleasant panoramic views.

It offers a circular swimming pool (open from Easter to September). Garage parking (payable 40 Euros per week), otherwise parking is on the main street.

The property offers 19 apartments, 10 of which are 2 bed - roomed units. All of them have a kitchenette fitted with fridge, electric oven, and 3 hotplates. All have satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.

Type B5 (for 2 - 5 persons): These units offer a living room with double sofa bed and French windows onto a balcony or terrace. There is kitchen as described above, one bedroom with twin beds or a double bed, bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.

Type C7 (for 4 - 6 persons): Living room with sofa bed, sliding doors onto balcony, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 3 single beds. Some of the apartments are in the attic area. One full bathroom and a second Wc and washbasin off the triple bedroom.

Type D11 (for 7 - 8 persons): There is just one unit of this type that contains a large living room with open fireplace and via sliding patio doors opens onto a very spacious terrace - off which is a double bedroom. There are 2 further bedrooms, one with double bed and a smaller twin bedroom. It is possible to sleep 3 further persons, using pull - down single beds in the living room if required.

Residence Oleandro, Pietra Ligure

Located in the village area of San Bernardino about 3km from the sea and the centre of Finale Ligure. Its quiet situation in this residential area, which offers pleasant panoramic views. It offers a circular swimming pool (open from Easter to September). Garage parking (payable 40 Euros per week), otherwise parking is on the main street.

The main advantage of staying in this property is that the sea and beach is just 900 metres walk. Located in a very quiet location and situated on a green hillside position.

It has a reception office open 09.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00 hrs. The facilities include a bar and lounge area with satellite TV in the bar. A garden and parking for one car per apartment. The large swimming pool is open from Easter to October. There is free table tennis and a beach service can be paid for locally. Each of the apartments has a kitchen with fridge, 3 hotplates (no oven), and sink unit. Other equipment includes a wall safe and aerial connection for satellite TV. Those apartments in the roof area have a small balcony.

Type B5 (4 - 5 persons): These are a reasonable sized unit having a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen as described above, bathroom with shower or bath and WC. A bedroom with twin beds and an extra bed.

Type C6 (4 - 6 persons): These units sleep up to 6 persons, some are in the roof area and have a balcony. They have 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double, kitchen as described above, living room with double sofa bed if required, bathroom with shower or bath, WC and washbasin.

Orchard Apartments, Pietra Ligure

A modern property located in a quiet residential area, only walking distance to shops and the fine sandy beach (700 - 900 metres). The attractions include 2 swimming pools, one for just children; free table tennis and payable tennis courts are within 2km.

There is a reception with lounge area and a separate snack bar. The property has 2 lifts to all 3 floors and the apartments offer views across to the old town centre.

Do be warned there is some evening entertainment for adults and children - but you don’t have to join in!

Facilities include free non - guarded parking, garages (payable), children’s playground, laundry room services and free transfer services from the beach and centre. There is a fresh water swimming pool for adults and a smaller one only for children open from 19 May to 22 September. Free table tennis, payable tennis courts within 1.5km.

The apartments all have telephone, satellite TV, a wall safe. Kitchens have fridge, freezer unit, extractor, 4 hot plates, (no oven). All bathrooms have bath, shower, Wc and each unit has a balcony or terrace.

Type B4: Good - sized units, which have a living room with double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom and kitchen as, described above.

Type C6: Good sized apartments each about 65 sq. metres, offering living room with double sofa bed if required, 2 bedrooms – one with double bed and extra single, and one twin bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen as described above.

Casa Vacanze, in village of Colletta di Castelbianco, near Albenga/Alassio

Once a medieval mountain village and then deserted by its inhabitants at the time of the Italian depression. This village has now been transformed into a holiday complex while still retaining its former fortified walls. Located in the green hills with lovely panoramic views about 5km from the nearest shops and 13km from the resort of Albenga and about 20km from Alessio.

This perfect holiday retreat offers peace and quiet and includes facilities such as a large swimming pool (65 x 14 ft) which is open from 15 May to about 24 September, complete with sun beds and a sauna. Within 10km are tennis courts (payable) and just 15km away is the Garlenda 18 hole golf course. Other facilities include a reception open 09.00 to 20.00 hrs, a bar and restaurant closed on Tuesdays and throughout October (it offers typical local cuisine), a wine shop and a coin - operated laundry. All the apartments have TV, some with satellite Internet connection. Each kitchen has a fridge, electric oven, 2 or 4 hotplates and in the larger units have a dishwasher. All bathrooms have bath or shower plus WC and washbasin.

Type B4 (sleeps 4 persons): Cosy apartments, some on 2 floors, which offer a living room with double sofa bed if required, off which is a fully equipped kitchenette as described above, one bathroom and one double bedroom. Outside is a terrace or garden area.

Type C4 (sleeps 4 persons): Much larger units with ground floor living room, separate kitchen and a garden area. Upstairs is a 2nd bedroom with twin beds.

Type C6 (sleeps 4/5 persons): These are much larger units offering 80 - 100 sq metres of living space. Large living room with sofa bed if required, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. These units have a large garden

Type C6 superior (sleeps 4/6 persons): Very spacious units with up to 110 sq metres. Living room with double sofa bed, separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and garden or terrace area.

Type D6 superior (sleeps 6 persons): Superb units well fitted out offering 130 sq metres. 2 double bedrooms plus one twin, large living room, separate kitchen, large bathroom and 3 large terraces.

Minimum stay 7 nights in HIGH season with arrival Saturday ONLY

Before 9th June and after 25th August to 30th November, arrivals can be Thursdays and Fridays
and a 5 nights minimum stay

Residence I Cormorani, Loano

The small resort of Loano is half way between Albanga and Pietra Ligure and Is a charming resort with a walled historical centre.

This new holiday residence is only 700 metres walk from the centre and beaches in a lovely quiet position set in gardens with local shops and restaurants with easy walking distance which varies from 200 to 600 yards away.

There is a reception, which also offers a lounge with video games and billiards, separate bar with Internet point. Laundry room. Garage one for each apartment (no charge)

The facilities include an underwater - lit swimming pool with a children’s area, which is open from Easter to mid - October. There is a Jacuzzi and sunloungers. Table tennis and table football. Bike rental costs 6 euros daily and beach facilities are offered at special rates.

The apartments are in several classic style buildings. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen with four hot plates, fridge/freezer etc.

They all have a wall safe, telephone and Satellite - TV with five none Italian channels. All bathrooms have a shower Wc and washbasin.

Apartments:

B4 to sleep 2/4: - These offer a living room with a double sofa bed if required. French windows onto a balcony. One separate bedroom with double bed. Kitchen and bathroom as described above.

C6 to sleep 4/5: - These apartments have a floor area of some 55 sq metres/66 sq yards and contain a living room with a double sofa bed an internal staircase to the second floor (no door), which contains twin beds. French windows onto a balcony. One bedroom with double bed. Kitchen and bathroom as already described above.

C7 to sleep 5/6: - Contains a living room (sofa bed for 2) Sliding windows onto a balcony. One bedroom with double bed. Stairs from lounge to attic area containing twin beds. A further single bed is possible in this area. Bathroom and kitchen as already described.

Residence le Conchiglie, Ceriale

This is a small resort just east of Albenga with sandy beaches and a historical town centre dating back to 1430 AD and is also famed for its prehistoric fossels found in the nearby valleys.

The residence is located in a quiet residential area and only 150 metres walk from the nearest shops. The beaches and the town centre are about 900 metres distance.

In a garden setting the attractions include a large swimming pool and a separate children pool area, which is open from 15 June to 15 September.

Sunloungers deckchairs and umbrellas.

Each of the apartments has a kitchen with four hot plates (no oven) fridge freezer ect. All bathrooms are with shower WC.

Type B sleeps 2/3: - This type has a patio area with garden furniture. Living room with a double sofa bed. Kitchen and bathroom as described above. One bedroom with double bed.

C6 sleeps 4/5: - One double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds. Sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen and bathroom.

Clients are expected to bring own bed linen. Local arrangements for rental are possible.
