Sharing the same grounds as Casa Emilio and the swimming pool – this detached property in lawned gardens is a semi detached house and the other side is split into two apartments.

Type A for 4

Ground floor apartment having a living room, kitchenette with four hot plates/no oven – two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower, WC. Outside a nice terrace leading to lawns.

Type B for 5

First floor with own rear entrance, a living room with kitchenette as in Type A.
Stairs to attic area which opens on to a gallery style area with three single beds. Separate double bedroom. Bathroom with shower and WC. Large balcony on the first floor.

Type C for 4/5

This is located on two floors and has its own entrance to a pleasant living room which has a double sofa bed, also a corner fully fitted kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC. Two bedrooms – one double and one twin.
Outside is a good sized terrace.

All three apartments have satellite TV, parking and are in a quiet location with lake and mountain views.

CASA EMILIO (SLEEPS 2 / 6)

Newly renovated this large former Farmhouse contains five apartments and on the lower ground floor a small supermarket open just in July/August.

At the rear of the property is a large garden which for 2004 will also offer a swimming pool (30 x 12 ft) playground and barbecue area.

In addition the Residence has it’s own private lakeside garden with a pontoon and beach area. Owned by our local agents the apartments offer a good three star quality rating.

Type A for 2/3

Very clean cut apartments which have a well fitted kitchenette with four hot plates and a microwave oven – dining area which also has a double bed.

One bedroom with twin beds or a double bed. New bathroom with boxed shower WC etc. Each one has French windows onto a balcony or a terrace.

Type B for 4/5

Larger ground floor units all with a good sized terrace and lake view. Good sized kitchenette in the living room with easy chairs and a single sofa bed – one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Bathroom with boxed shower, WC.

All apartments have satellite TV.

RESIDENCE PANORAMA (SLEEPS 4 / 5)

Newly constructed in 2003, these apartments are in a splendid position in a tranquil spot just 1km from the lake. At present there are only six identical apartments – some more were constructed at the rear and werel fitted out in 2005.

Sharing a kidney shaped good sized pool (34x14 ft) the residence has fine mountain views and is surrounded by mature trees.

Each apartment has a spacious living room, the usual sofa bed, a high quality kitchenette with four hot plates (no oven) a large fridge freezer and coffee maker machine.

There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Very nice bathroom with boxed shower, WC etc.

All have a terrace or balcony and outdoor furniture.

RESIDENCE ALESSIO (SLEEPS 4 / 5)

Some 2km from the lakeside in the village of Bezzecca, these two residences are newly constructed on the valley floor about 200 metres from the main road with views across to the surrounding pine covered hills. The nearby village offers shops, a laundromat and a bank. East access to the footpaths and tennis.

Two attractive chalet style buildings which offer two bedroomed apartments (12 apartments in each residence) which share a very pleasant swimming and paddling pool in a quiet location about 2km from the lake in the hamlet of Bezzecca.

In addition to the pool there are grass lawns, playing field area, a barbecue area plus a children’s playground with swings, slides etc.

HOTEL MEZZOLAGO

Quite stunning location, directly on the lake’s edge, this three star hotel is in a quiet spot overlooking Lake Ledro. The lake is a shallow one, and it is quite possible to swim in the clear waters where the temperature gets up to around 75 degrees in high summer.

The lake is about a mile long and is in a natural mountain area on the edge of a national park. It is less than 20 minutes drive from Lake Garda, which is more touristy than Ledro but offers a contrast in styles.

Great for walks around the lake and into the mountains and surrounding woodland.

We offer the hotel on a bed and breakfast basis to allow flexibility, although half board can be booked for just €6 (around £4.20) per person per day.

The family run hotel has 32 rooms, and a lift to all floors. Not all rooms have balcony, but these are available on request. Lovely terrace area with outdoor furniture, leading down to a private beach at the water’s edge
