Monte Pico - Desenzano del Garda

On a private hilly estate with its own gated entrance, sits a lovely country villa, recently built in total respect of the surroundings. All around is a small forest of ash trees, oaks and elms, mixed with native bushes and wild flowers; further down, towards the lake are rows of vineyards, producing fine wines. The area is blessed by a mild climate and an amazing landscape: snow capped mountains, blue skies and an abundance of olive trees all around the shores of the Lake: this is the view that can be enjoyed from the top of Monte Pico, where the house sits. For evening outings, the lively and elegant town of Desenzano has plenty to offer: summer festivals, fine restaurants, night clubs or just romantic strolls by the lake, cute little villages and castles to be explored.

At Monte Pico, the owners live in the upper area of the villa and have left the apartment at the ground floor for exclusive use of their guests, with separate entrances. The apartment, opening to the front yard of the house, is airy, spacious and comfortably furnished with some Art Deco pieces. Floors are covered with timber parquetry and walls are decorated in warm cream tones; ample external spaces are at disposal of guests for barbecues, picnics and outdoor dining. The free shape swimming pool is situated at the top level of the property and is shared with owners (time sharing can be arranged). The owner is a member of the local yacht club: he can organise sailing on the Lake on request.

Villa Paradiso - San Felice del Benaco

This contemporary design villa stands in an elevated position overlooking the south western shore of the Lake Garda, between Desenzano and Salo’, just above the picturesque town of San Felice del Benaco.

The area around the lake enjoys a microclimate and landscape which remind the Mediterranean shores: rolling green hills, olive and palm trees, blue skies in contrast with snow capped mountains in the background. The Salo' Riviera is a magical place, where the Mediterranean environment meets with the Alpine world. Down in the village, the atmosphere is truly delightful: lovely stone buildings and cosy streets, the smell of grilled fish coming from the typical restaurants all around the harbour, lovely cafes and shops. Beaches are lined to the right and the left of San Felice and paddle boat hire offers the possibility of excursions along the shores.

Villa Paradiso is located in an exclusive complex of villas, surrounded by lawns, leafy gardens and a nearby forest, with a sports center including tennis court, communal swimming pool, bocce field; a practice 3 hole golf course is 3 kilometers away. Completely independent and built on three levels, it is surrounded by its own private garden and has also its private pool, shared with its sister villa next door; there is ample space for outdoor living in the typical Mediterranean garden, planted with oleanders, olive trees and citrus orchard.
