We have a range of holiday accommodation in and around Cagliari, located in the south of the island. On this page we have self catering accommodation in the areas of Torre delle Stelle and Flumini. On another page we have some self catering accommodation in and around Cagliari at Villasimius; Costa Rei and Porto Corallo.
Getting there: By Air to Cagliari:
New services are up and running from Luton three times per week (they operate on Fridays Thursdays and Mondays) with Volare Air - rates vary according to load factors but they start at around £100 return including taxes.
British Airways start summer only services from 1st May onwards from Gatwick only. They operate three times a week (Fri/Sat/Sun) and rates vary but start from £108 including taxes.
There are no reductions for children with these two airlines except for children under the age of two years who do not occupy a seat.
We also have a Saturdays only charter flight from Heathrow. For details see below.
TORRE DELLE STELLE

Torre delle Stelle is a very large residential complex composed mainly of vacation villas and located in the south east of the coast at around 35km from Cagliari, the Capital of Sardinia
The complex is easily accessed off a main road and through two entrances. Please note that all the roads inside the complex are dirt roads which are watered often during the day because of the dust. Stunning white beaches with an endless view of blue seas and sky. Soaring mountains and small, quaint villages. Sardinia is an idyllic destination for the holiday of a lifetime. Windsurf across the crystal clear water, snorkel round the rocky headlands, or just swim languidly in the warm waters.

Bedrooms: 4 – Shower rooms: 2 – Bathroom: 1. All bedrooms and the living area as the outside terraces are equipped of a wall fun. Large original and independent villa in traditional Sardinian architecture with its own spacious pool surrounded by both open and covered terraces. The property is located only steps away from the beach, yet remaining very private due to its lush garden. There are royal palms and other exotic plants around the ways, the terraces and the pool. Inside, the kitchen is finely appointed in good rustic taste and the living and dining areas are also well decorated with quality sofas, drapes and furniture. Wall fun in all rooms. Washing machine. Barbecue. Outside shower. Parking. The villa consists of: 1 double bedroom with fire place and en suite bath and shower room. Villa Topazo (Sleeps 8)

A wonderful detached property which is totally secure with high walls and quite private which offers a kidney shaped swimming pool (NOT heated) and its own full sized tennis court which can be flood lit at night (energy costs for lighting is extra)
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has a lovely garden area with shady lawns and lots of flowering shrubs with enough chairs tables and sun loungers located around the pool to satisfy a small hotel. In many ways this is like your own private hotel with maid service to make beds, tidy up and to even wash up for three hours daily, five days a week.
The only drawback to this property is that it is about 100 yards from the main road to Villasimius, when on Saturday nights it appears that the entire younger population are on the road travelling to the local discos. However, we stayed here in mid July and the only problem we had was on a Saturday - even so, the traffic noise is masked out by the full air conditioning at night-time. During the day the traffic noise goes unnoticed.


A most unusual design - the kitchen is of an outside design open on two sides which allows access to the pool and terrace and also to the huge barbeque on the other side. A covered structure, it has two huge ceiling fans and a thirty foot long marble table with benches running both sides. So the kitchen contains a dishwasher, cooker with oven and sink unit and even a television- an ideal kitchen when it comes to cooking in temperatures that can reach 110°F !!
The main house contains a covered terrace with cane easy chairs through french windows into a large lounge area with sofas and easy chairs a saellite TV. There is the first bathroom with shower WC and two large single bedrooms.

From the lounge, more double glazed doors lead down to the enormous garage area which also offers a laundry area with washing machine and sink, two huge stainless steel fridge and freezers as well as a gym area and a bar with easy chairs and a three seater sofa which looks out onto the tennis court.
Upstairs: There are three bedrooms – two each with a double bed and en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom plus a forth bathroom with whirl pool bath washbasin and scathe two double bedrooms have direct access to a sun terrace with just distant sea views through the trees.
The beach is just 250 yards walk and is part sand and part rock with some pebbles under the crystal clear water.

A detached villa that is located at the end of a country road next to a sandy beach (50 yards) and well away from the main coast road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius

In the good-sized gardens (800 square yards) is a generous sized swimming pool which measures 33 ft x 16 ft approx and surrounded by lawns.
From the ground floor parking area some 20 steps lead to the main living area which contains a living room (four steps down) complete with a feature fireplace, and offset is a complete kitchen with four hot plates electric oven and a washing machine.

French windows lead directly onto a large terrace area for outside dining. On the same floor is one double bedroom and the first bathroom, which has a shower WC and w/basin.

Internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which offers one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms which share a second bathroom with shower WC.
In addition on the sub ground floor along with the parking is separate apartment which houses two bedrooms - one a double and the other with twin beds and a third bathroom with shower WC.
Outside is a barbeque and seating area along with garden furniture.

It is situated in peaceful surroundings with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Cagliari and offers comfortable accommodation and ample room for 6 people to be at ease in. The top floor (bedrooms) has another private secluded panoramic terrace. The bottom of the house has a split level dining area from the living room and fireplace and a second eating area, all with hand made terracotta floor tiles throughout . There is a covered terrace from the BBQ area conveniently located right outside the kitchen right to the front door of the house. The villa is steps away from the rocky beach. Views can be enjoyed from almost anywhere. Parking inside the property for 2 cars. Lawn garden with trees. Privacy. The garden contains a variety of plants and flowers. Stella di Mare - FLUMINI AND SURROUNDING AREA

The coastal area of Flumini is near enough to the capital city of Cagliari as to get the benefits of the city without its inconveniences, museums, concerts and opera in the open - air roman arena, the load of cultural shows and manifestations that the municipality put on for the benefit of the city folk in the summer and the vivacious shopping centre where bargains are always to be had.
These are just a few of the attractions, the area itself is quiet with sandy beaches stretching out for miles, the houses are less than 300 metres from the beach and about the same from the super - market, post - office, chemist and pizzeria / restaurant.
Tennis can be played and the swimming - pool used through the condominium. The houses are situated mostly in streets that end in a ‘cul de sac’, so there is no through traffic making the place safer for small children.

The apartment is part of a private house with another two units. Located in a tranquil area, very close to the sandy beach reachable by foot. The dining area (with a fireplace) open onto a veranda and the garden.

Residence Baia delle Palme
New complex within an oasis of green lawns and palms within grounds of over 70,000 sq metres and the apartments are around 700-900 yards walk from a fine sand beach and crystal clear sea water and about 3km from the centre of Pula.
The resort has a large swimming pool and near by is a horse riding school and a boat rental service. The pool may not always be open at the opening and closing dates. Please check for opening/closing dates. There is a childrens club with a table tennis and volley ball area.

Tessera Club - Sadly, this is an obligatory charge of 20 euros per week for all clients from five years upwards.The applies to all stays between 10 June to 09 September.
Apartments: These all have a balcony or patio with views of the garden or swimming pool.
Type Bilo: Sleeping two to four persons these are one bedroomed apartments which are air conditioned (for which there is a energy charge when used) One living room with a fully fitted kitchenette having two or four hot plates,fridge etc,One bedroom with twin or double bed and a doube sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with boxed shower WC & washbasin.
Type Trilo(T6) sleeps 4/6: Living room with a double sofa bed, larger kitchenette with four hot plates,fridge freezer, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds(occupancy is based on four adults and two children under 12 years) Fully air conditioned (subject to extra costs).
Bookings are from Saturday - Saturday only.
