A dive into the greener side.... This is the sensation you feel when you reach the complex containing the apartment named L'Oleandro, inserted inside of a nice residential complex made up of small buildings in the vicinity of Giardini Naxos, renowned tourist locality situated at the slopes of the Aetna. Palms, oleanders, bougainvilleas and blooming hedges embrace the receptive structure which has also a wide shared swimming pool.
The apartment - which can boast of a car parking space (a real rarity in this so much tourist frequented area of Sicily), a garden and an independent entrance - is characterized by a moved architecture staggered on more levels downwards.
From the living / kitchen room, opening onto the garden and its equipped patio, by stepping down a staircase you get to a lower ground floor with one bedroom with bunk bed, one bathroom and one single room facing to one side of the garden. Stepping a few steps more down the same staircase you get to a bathroom/shower and a double room looking on to the garden too.
The primary feature of this apartment - which has been furnished with taste and functionality - is that of simultaneously offering either quietness inside of the residential complex and as well facilities and entertainment in the vivacious tourist locality which is amusing living also and especially at night.
The seaside is within reach on foot (200 metres away) while the seductive Taormina glitters on its own a few kilometres away.
