SOUTH WEST SICILY:
Agrigento is a wonderful region of southern Sicily and whilst the town is nothing special, the area is famous for the Valley of the Greek Temples, which are in remarkable state of preservation having been constructed in the fifth century BC.
It is also relatively close to Sciacca which is home to another Greek site – Eraclea Minoa from much the same period. Many beaches run along this side of the island.
We are also offering holiday villa accommodation in Marina di Ragusa.
Villa Eraclea (sleeps 6/8 persons) Agrigento, Sicily - South.
Lovely position for the detached villa overlooking the ten km long fine sand beaches of Agrigento that is just 800 yards walk from the property.
Gates lead into a lovely garden, which can be floodlit at night, and there are several large terraces to enjoy the sea views.
Facilities include a good-sized barbeque area complete with sink-and table tennis table is also provided.
Inside the property offers a large living room with some easy chairs and a feature fireplace. Separate kitchen with four hot plates,oven,fridge freezer and a dishwasher too. One downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower WC washbasin.
First floor contains four bedrooms - two single bedrooms-one with balcony. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Second bathroom with shower/WC.Two good sized balconies from and rear of the property.

Villa Gattopardo (sleeps 4 persons) with shared POOL Marina di Ragusa, Sicily - South
Lovely semi detached property with walled gardens some two kms from the sea and about five kms from Marina di Ragusa and the inland village of Santa Crice Carmarina. And the same distance from a restaurant and basic shops The gardens and the large swimming pool (36 x18 ft) are shared with the owners who may also use the facilities. So please be aware that the pool is NOT for totally private use.
There is private parking within the garden area and offers wide terraces own barbeque area complete with a sink unit. The gardens are illuminated at night and add a magic touch to the flowering shrubs. The swimming pool is surrounded by well-kept lawns and there are changing rooms and showers if required.
The house has a courtyard entrance into a sitting room with easy chairs and dining area .The separate kitchen is large enough to offer table and chairs-the equipment includes four gas hobs, electric oven, double sink and fridge/freezer.
Two bedrooms: one a large bedroom with double bed and one twin bedded room. Two bathrooms: one with bath, and the other with shower.

Villa Adamo (sleeps 7 persons) Marina di Ragusa, Sicily - South
Detached villa on the seafront of Marina did Regusa in an area of similar villas yet only walking distance from the centre of the resort with a huge choice of restaurants shops and bars / pizzerias.
The resort is a busy one in August so there will be some high volume of local traffic passing the property in this month although the main highway is some 20km back into the hills.
The house is enclosed with walls and hedges and there are three archways with fine views of the sea. Private parking. A swimming pool which has a fault and is disused but is safely fenced off from the rest of the garden area. Smallish illuminated garden and most of the space is dedicated to the large terraces from which there are sea views.
The entrance from the main terrace into a living room with easy chairs. A few steps lead up to the kitchen, which has four hot gas hobs, electric oven, fridge freezer. French windows lead onto a barbeque area complete with sink unit.
The main houses contains two bathrooms each with shower WC, two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Via a separate entrance from the terrace is another self-contained apartment, which offers a separate sitting room with an open fireplace. Small kitchen with four hobs/oven and fridge. Third bedroom with double bed and a third bathroom with shower WC.
