It only takes 5 minutes by car from Orvieto, the fascinating town built at the top of an imposing tuff rock, to reach the farmhouse 'Casabassa', an old farmhouse, completely renovated without altering the original building features. The intensity of the colours, the variety of the landscape and the freshness that one breathes within the solid walls rich in tradition, render this home a corner of tranquillity where one can escape from the chaos of big cities. From the farmhouse, situated on a small hillock, in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, it is possible to appreciate a beautiful view of the surrounding hilly landscape, covered by vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden full of flowers and equipped with garden furniture, where there is also a delightful swimming pool (4 x 8 m) that will contribute to rendering your holiday enjoyable. It has been furnished mainly with period furniture and is functional and comfortable.
