Beautiful little house divided into two apartments built near the owner's house and situated on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, in the small village of San Feliciano di Magione. Lake Trasimeno is the longest lake in Mainland Italy and the fourth largest in the country. It has three islands, Isola Maggiore, Isola Minore and Isola Polvese, which can be reached by ferry from the main towns and villages around the lake. In the small village of San Feliciano, walking along the lake you can visit the Fisherman's Cooperative, where every morning you can see the different varieties of freshwater fish caught by the fishermen on their return to the village. Guests have free access to the swimming pool in the nearby campsite 'Villaggio dei Pini' and can make use of all services, restaurant included, that the modern tourist complex offers. The apartments have been furnished in a modern and comfortable way and each have a covered parking space. Barbecue and wood-burning oven in the garden. Communal washing-machine.

The pool is open from 27/05 to 30/09. Only small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 30 each one per week. BREAKAGE DEPOSIT €.150,00

CAR HIRE is part of our profit centre and because our prices are fully competitive we add car hire to the villa rental in most instances. HOWEVER it is not OBLIGATORY but if you only take the villa rental, a sum of £25 is added to each and every week of property rental.

Car hire inclusive of all extras starts at £169 per week for a Citroen Saxo and this price includes accidental damage costs. See other car prices below.
