The old farmhouse, a typical example of rural architecture of the previous century, has recently been scrupulously renovated transforming it into a comfortable holiday home. Its position, at the top of a hill covered by olive trees and overlooking Lake Trasimeno, is incomparable. It is all that one could wish from a holiday home: the peace and tranquillity of the countryside together with the cool breeze from the lake below. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno where, apart from enjoying the hot summer sun, you can also do water sports like sailing and wind-surfing, are visible from the house and only a short drive away. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden shaded by ancient olive trees and there is a beautiful swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with a wonderful view. On both sides of the house there are two large first floor terraces with a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno. One is partly covered and can be used for al fresco eating and the other can be used as a sun terrace. The villa has been furnished with period furniture and is extremely comfortable.
